Because each monthly mailing is prepared specifically for our subscribers, we ask that you carefully review our refund policy before purchasing.
Monthly Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
To avoid being charged for the next month's mailing, cancellations must be made before your next billing date.
Once a monthly mailing has entered production or has been shipped, that month's order cannot be refunded.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong items, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
We will gladly replace damaged or incorrect items at no additional cost whenever possible.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to determine the best resolution.
Digital Products
If digital products are offered in the future, they are generally non-refundable once downloaded or accessed unless otherwise stated.
